Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Unveils Airdate, Trailer, and Visual!

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba has unveiled a new trailer and visual for its upcoming Swordsmith Village arc, which will air in Japan from April 9!

The premiere will air as a one-hour special.

On April 1 and 8, fans in Japan will also be able to enjoy the Entertainment District arc, which will be aired as a specially edited version.

Created by Koyoharu Gotouge, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba follows kindhearted charcoal seller Tanjiro, whose life changes forever when his family is attacked by demons. In order to return his sister, who is now a demon, to her former state and avenge his family, Tanjiro sets out on a dangerous journey.

The new arc was announced after Season 2’s final episode aired on February 13. It was screened in advance as part of a “world tour” that began on February 3, 2023. Held in over 80 countries, the screenings include locations like Los Angeles, Paris, Berlin, and Taipei.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’s Swordsmith Village arc will air from April 9, 2023.
