Ever since she was introduced, Mikasa Ackerman was one of the most powerful characters in Attack on Titan. She was the strongest soldier from the 104th Cadet Corps and graduated at the top of her class. As a result, she was in a lot of fights, especially after she joined the Survey Corps.
Though she was already strong from the beginning, she became a better fighter through experience. These are the first fights she was seen ever engaging in.
10 Mikasa And Eren Killed The Human Traffickers That Kidnapped Her
Before the manga began, Mikasa lived with her parents. When they were expecting the Yeagers to visit them, three human traffickers came instead. They killed her parents and kidnapped her. Once the Yeagers arrived, Grisha searched for help while Eren decided to find the human traffickers and save Mikasa. He killed two of them, not knowing that there was a third that ended up trying to kill him. Mikasa killed the last human trafficker and saved Eren’s life. From that moment forward, she fought for him and the other people she cared about.
9 Mikasa And Annie Fought Each Other While Training
When Mikasa joined the 104th Cadet Corps, she and Annie Leonhart became rivals. One day, while the soldiers were training, Annie showed Eren some of her moves. Wanting to learn them herself, Mikasa approached them and asked Annie to teach her. However, Annie refused, causing the two of them to fight. Their comrades were excited to see who would win. Eren thought back to their fight while he fought Reiner but couldn’t remember which of them won.
8 Mikasa Killed Titans In Trost
When the titans invaded Trost District, Mikasa quickly killed a few of them. While the Reeves Company was getting their supplies to safety before citizens escaped Trost, a titan ran over to them, and Mikasa defeated it just in time. She then threatened Reeves into letting the civilians leave Trost. After that, she killed another titan before finding her friends and leading them to HQ so they could get more gas for their gear. On the way, she defeated a titan but ran out of gas herself. Luckily, she was able to get to safety while Eren fought the titans near her and the other soldiers.
7 Mikasa And Her Friends Killed Seven Titans, And She Saved Sasha’s Life
When seven titans threatened Armin and his friends, he came up with a plan to kill them. While most of his friends served as a distraction, seven of them would wait until the titans were close enough and kill all of them at the same time.
Mikasa was one of these seven people, with Jean, Connie, Reiner, Sasha, Bertholdt, and Annie being the others. Unfortunately, Sasha and Connie failed to kill the titans they were supposed to, so Mikasa and Annie had to save them.
6 She Helped Eren Seal The Hole In Trost
When Eren’s titanic powers were discovered, he helped the soldiers in Trost get rid of the titans. However, it took him a while to take control of his titan. At first, he tried to fight Mikasa, but she luckily dodged all of his attacks and got him to punch himself, temporarily knocking him out. Before he came to his senses, a group of titans approached him. Mikasa helped kill them, and Eren used a boulder to cover the hole the titans were coming in from once he was able to control his titan.
5 Mikasa And Levi Teamed Up To Fight The Female Titan
After the Female Titan captured Eren, Mikasa and Levi worked together to get him back. While Mikasa wanted to fight Annie right away, Levi convinced her to keep a certain distance and wait for an opportunity to rescue Eren. After following her for a while, Mikasa tried to get Annie’s attention while Levi attacked her. Though she fought back, Levi was able to take her down temporarily, allowing Mikasa to try to kill her. However, Annie tried to fight back, causing Levi to grab onto Eren and leave, with Mikasa following. They may not have been able to defeat the Female Titan then, but they saved Eren.
4 She Defeated The Female Titan
After figuring out that the Female Titan was Annie, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin tried to use their friendship with her to get her to go into the Underground. However, she was able to figure out that they wanted to trap her, causing her to transform. After hesitating to fight her for a bit, Eren finally transformed as well and fought his former friend. As Annie tried to get away by climbing the wall, Mikasa caught up to her and slashed her fingers off, defeating her. Annie then formed a crystal around her body so that the Survey Corps wouldn’t be able to do anything else to her.
3 She Saved Her Friends In Utgard Castle
When Zeke used the titans he controlled to attack the soldiers in Utgard Castle, some of their comrades, including Mikasa, came to their rescue. Mikasa was the first soldier that Historia, Connie, Reiner, and Bertholdt saw as she killed the titan closest to them.
After saving them, the Survey Corps learned that Ymir was the inheritor of the Jaw Titan as she had revealed her identity to help Historia and the others before they arrived. This surprised Mikasa and the other soldiers who knew her for years.
2 Mikasa Attacked Reiner And Bertholdt When She Found Out Who They Were
Ymir being the Jaw Titan’s inheritor was far from the most shocking thing that happened that day. Shortly after, Reiner confessed to being the Armored Titan and Bertholdt being the Colossal Titan. Reiner told Eren this, hoping that he could convince him to go to Marley. However, when Eren refused, Reiner prepared to fight him, causing Mikasa to attack the warriors. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to kill them, resulting in Eren being captured again. However, the tables turned when the Survey Corps saved Eren once more and he used the power of the coordinate to get him and his comrades to safety.
1 Mikasa And Her Friends Attacked The Reeves Company
Before Mikasa and her friends would fight the warriors again, they battled against the Military Police who wanted to capture Eren and Historia. Knowing that, the members of Levi’s squad came up with a plan in which Jean and Armin would disguise themselves as Eren and Historia, allowing them to get kidnapped while the other soldiers followed them. The Military Police had gotten the Reeves Company to do their dirty work, causing Mikasa and her friends to fight them. However, rather than killing Dimo Reeves, Levi was able to convince him to join their side.
