During Season 5, fans might be able to see the long-awaited backstory of fan-favorite character Tobio Kageyama. All throughout the series most characters in the show have been given a backstory so fans can understand their personality more. All throughout the series fans have watched players get hurt in matches. During Season 5 fans might get to see one of the characters from Karasuno High falling ill during one of the matches. Due to this event, one of the coaches will give this character a beautiful speech to help them understand that it is okay to not be perfect all the time.

4 The Graduation Time Skip Is Coming
After all the main matches are done it is possible that Season 5 will include the manga time skip. This time skip will fast forward the series all the way to the graduation of the freshmen characters and will go over the futures these characters will have after high school.

During the time skip, fans will get to see Hinata travel to Brazil. After high school graduation, Hinata decided that to further his volleyball skills, he would need to visit Brazil for a couple of years to play and learn beach volleyball.
During this arc, fans will get to experience Hinata’s growth as a volleyball player and also see him make new friends during his stay in this foreign country. Fans will also get to see Hinata meet up with a surprising cameo during his trip to Brazil.
2 Long-Awaited Reunion at The Schweiden Adlers Vs Black Jackals Match
When Hinata returns to Japan after his stay in Brazil he joins the volleyball team the Black Jackals. This team contains other characters from other schools we saw throughout the series. His debut match with the team is against the Schweidsen Adlers, which is the team that his old teammate Kageyama currently plays for.
During Season 5 fans might get to see this match that will also act as a reunion for all the characters throughout the series. Most characters will be seen playing with these two teams while other characters will be seen showing up to the game to support their old high school friends. This moment will be a touching one for fans to watch.
1 Kageyama and Hinata Play for Japan at the Olympics
At the end of the series, there will be another quick time skip. This time it won’t be too long; this time skip will show the two main characters Hinata and Kageyama playing volleyball with each other again. However, this time they will be playing on the national Japanese team for the Olympics.
This moment will act as another reunion in the show as it will show how other characters are doing in this time skip. The Japan team will be going up against the team for Argentina. However, Argentina has a player that fans are all too familiar with.
