It should be noted that following this season, series star and Heat Wave actor Dominic Purcell will no longer be a series regular, though he will still make periodic appearances on Legends. Season 6 will also be the final season to have Matt Ryan play John Constantine, as he will play a different character in the show’s forthcoming Season 7.

While details on the upcoming season finale have been scarce, co-showrunners Phil Klemmer and Keto Shimizu previously teased that audiences can expect an epic conclusion to Legends of Tomorrow Season 6, comparing it to some of the Arrowverse’s praised crossovers. At Comic-Con@Home, Shimizu teased, “It’s going to be bigger than the crossover in terms of the amount of visual effects and craziness.”

Fans won’t have to wait too long afterwards, as Season 7 is scheduled to air on Oct. 13, alongside the Season 3 premiere of Batwoman. Klemmer and Shimizu have already teased some of the new and exciting changes Season 7 will bring, including Gideon’s human form and a real-world odyssey for the Legends.
