According to a new leak, Fortnite will be hosting an in-game Ariana Grande concert sometime soon.
The leaked information was posted to the subreddit r/FortniteLeaks by one of the community’s moderators, u/SmugMrMime. The moderator states that they and the other moderators have been talking to a leaker who has been directly providing information to them. The leaker is said to have been correct multiple times, with a high level of detail that suggests access to accurate information. In the latest batch of information from the leaker, they mention that Ariana Grande will soon be coming to Fortnite with an in-game concert, which has already received a test launch by the staff at Epic.
If true, Grande would join previous artists who have held live concerts within the game, including Marshmello and Travis Scott. Live concerts have allowed Epic Games to experiment with the integration of music into the game, and have resulted in the creation of a live concert series as well. In addition to the potential concert, the leaker also stated that members of the Justice League and Suicide Squad would be added to the game and that Epic is attempting to add Naruto for the Season 8 Battlepass.
The updates are still reportedly in development and could change at any moment. As with any leak, it’s important to approach the information with skepticism, as no official announcements have been made.
