In an upcoming issue of DC Comics’ Robin, the Lazarus Tournament takes an unexpected turn when Damian Wayne is faced with his greatest challenge yet: a girlfriend.
As part of its October solicits, DC has revealed the official solicitation information and cover art for Robin #7 by Joshua Williamson and Gleb Melnikov. Simone Di Meo’s cover tackles the budding romance between Damian and Flatline, the latter of whom was created by Williamson and Melnikov in Detective Comics #1034 and has been a featured player in their Robin solo title thus far.
The son of Batman certainly has his work cut out for him in the Lazarus Tournament, as he battles “for the secrets of eternal life against the deadliest killers on the planet.” However, the question DC poses is, “[C]an he — will he — DARE HE — survive… a girlfriend?”
