The Star Trek Universe Sets Course for Comic-Con@Home | CBR

Paramount+ is bringing the Star Trek Universe to Comic-Con@Home 2021.

The Star Trek panels begin Friday, July 23 at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT as part of Paramount+’s “Peak Animation” block, with panels spotlighting Star Trek: Prodigy and Star Trek: Lower Decks. Moderated by Jerry O’Connell, both panels will feature exclusive conversations with the cast and crew.

Created by Kevin and Dan Hageman, Star Trek: Prodigy stars Kate Mulgrew as Kathryn Janeway, Rylee Alazraqui as Rok-Tahk, Brett Gray as Dal, Angus Imrie as Zero, Jason Mantzoukas as Jankom Pog, Ella Purnell as Gwyn and Dee Bradley Baker as Murf. The series has yet to receive a premiere date.

Star Trek: Lower Decks stars Tawny Newsome as Ensign Beckett Mariner, Eugene Cordero as Ensign Rutherford, Jack Quaid as Ensign Brad Boimler, Noël Wells as Ensign Tendi, Dawnn Lewis as Captain Carol Freeman, Jerry O’Connell as Commander Jack Ransom, Gillian Vigman as Doctor T’Ana and Fred Tatasciore as Lieutenant Shaxs. Season 2 premieres Aug. 12. on Paramount+.

Both the Star Trek: Prodigy and Star Trek: Lower Decks panels will be available for free on the Comic-Con YouTube channel.
