The Hunter association awards stars based on a Hunter’s contribution to them or the society in general. Being a Double-Star Hunter means that Bisky has done quite a lot of work and this includes fulfilling the first five principles of the Hunter bylaws, holding an official position in the association, and also mentoring a student who has gone on to become a Single-Star Hunter.

1 What Does Her Name Mean? Togashi Looks To Have Taken It From German
The name Biscuit, along with her nickname of Bisky, has most likely been derived from “bisque doll”, which is a type of doll once popular in France and Germany. This is further supported by the fact that her last name, Krüger, means “potter” in High German.
Her name is also a reference to a type of snack. Interestingly enough, her summon, called Cookie, also shares this naming convention with her.
