As the cheery teammate of Naruto and Sasuke, Sakura was initially shown as a smart girl who was pretty weak, since she lacked the physical power and motivation to be a good ninja. She felt insecure about herself because she was not as strong as Naruto or Sasuke and had to constantly depend on them for protection. After Sasuke left the village, Sakura vowed to get strong enough to bring him back and protect her comrades, just as they had protected her.

Sakura was one of the smartest Kunoichi in her class who had good chakra control and was good at recognizing and disabling genjutsu.
If she had the Sharingan, she could have become a genjutsu master by using her Sharingan powers to cast genjutsu, just like other Uchiha. Combined with her immense strength and Taijutsu training under Tsunade, she could have been one of the strongest Ninja, even surpassing Sasuke.

After Sasuke and Naruto left their village, Sakura was left all alone. She wanted to become a better Kunoichi, so she requested Tsunade to teach her medical ninjutsu. In merely 3 years, Sakura became as good as Tsunade in medical ninjutsu and performed exceptional feats, like saving Kankuro from a deadly poison that Sasori had used on him.
Most bloodline abilities were used for fighting or supporting during a fight, and there was no known Kekkei Genkai that could heal people, which set Sakura apart from most people because of her exceptional Medical Ninjutsu abilities.

Byakugan gave its owner X-ray vision, 360-degree vision, and the ability to see the flow of chakra in people. If Sakura had the Byakugan, she could have helped Team 7 immensely as a well-rounded ninja since Byakugan allowed its user to see inside one’s body and its network, and it would have helped her heal people in a much more efficient way.
She also had good enough chakra control to learn The Gentle Fist techniques as well and with this Kekkei Genkai, she would have been an unstoppable force.
7 Without Kekkei Genkai: Sakura’s Taijutsu Was So Powerful, It Could Cause An Earthquake
Initially, Sakura was book smart but never did well in the more practical areas of the ninja arts. All that changed when she started her training under Tsunade, where she not only learned medical jutsu, but because of her precise chakra control, she even learned Tsunade’s deadly Taijutsu methods.
By gathering chakra in her fists, she could release it at the point of contact to do tremendous amounts of damage to anyone. With a single punch, she could even smash the ground into pieces, and this strength allowed her to match up to any Kekkei Genkai user, as was proven when she went up against Shin Uchiha in Boruto.
6 With Kekkei Genkai: Sakura Would Have Been Godlike With The Rinnegan
Rinnegan was one of the strongest Dojutsu in Naruto, and anyone who possessed this Kekkei Genkai was also blessed with a strong chakra. Rinnegan allowed its user to see the flow of chakra and invisible barriers, and it also allowed them to master any jutsu and all 5 basic Nature transformations.
If Sakura possessed the Rinnegan, she could have easily become the strongest ninja in the Leaf village, since she would have possessed all the Six Path abilities and, combined with her taijutsu, she’d be able to overwhelm any foe she met in battle.
5 Without Kekkei Genkai: Sakura Was Able To Summon Katsuyu And Help Others Heal During Battle
Lady Katsuyu was a giant slug who was the personal summon of Tsunade and Sakura and, like Tsunade, Sakura was able to use Katsuyu to heal other people as well. Katsuyu had other abilities like dividing itself into smaller slugs, telepathy, and acid-spit, which made it one of the Three Legendary Summons of Konoha.
The ability to summon an animal was considered to be an honor bestowed upon its summoner, and being able to summon Katsuyu gave Sakura the edge over other Shinobi with Kekkei Genkai, because with this summon, she had the power to heal several Shinobi at once, a feat that was rare in the Shinobi world.
4 With Kekkei Genkai: Sakura Would Be Able To Heal Critical Injuries With The Ketsuryugan
The Ketsuryugan was a Kekkei Genkai that appeared within members of the Chinoike clan. It allowed them to cast genjutsu on their target just by glancing at them or touching them. They could then hypnotize their enemies in different ways and delve deeper into their minds to extract important information.
It also could manipulate any liquid with a high concentration of iron, which meant it could manipulate the blood flowing in a person’s body. If Sakura had Ketsuryugan, she could have become a genjutsu specialist, as well as an interrogation specialist, and maybe even become a part of the ANBU. With her medical ninjutsu and ability to control someone’s blood flow, she could have treated the most critically wounded patients with ease.
3 Without Kekkei Genkai: Sakura Had Mastered The Strength Of The Hundred Seals Jutsu
Strength of the Hundred Seals was a jutsu that had been mastered by only two people: Tsunade Senju and Sakura Haruno. With this jutsu, a ninja could release the seal to get access to all the chakra they had stored for years and fight without any wastage of chakra.
They could also use the Creation Rebirth Jutsu, which allowed them to heal any injury almost immediately. After activating this seal, Sakura was strong enough to fight the 10 Tailed Beast and heal people at the same time, which put her well above any Shinobi with Kekkei Genkai.
2 With Kekkei Genkai: Sakura Would Be A Genjutsu Master If She Was Born In The Kurama Clan
The Kurama clan from Konoha was blessed with great expertise in genjutsu due to their unique Kekkei Genkai. Once every few generations, a member would be born who could produce tangible effects from illusions where anything the person experienced in the Genjutsu world would manifest in the real world.
Sakura was known to have the best chakra control in her class, and Kakashi also mentioned that she had the aptitude for Genjutsu. With the Kurama Clan’s Kekkei Genkai abilities, she would have become a very strong Kunoichi by defeating her opponents simply by putting them under a Genjutsu.
