When it came to using pure strength, Sakura was one of the strongest amongst all her comrades in Naruto. She is often noted as “weak” due to the fact that she did not possess a Kekkei Genkai or the power of a Tailed Beast, yet she could fight even the toughest of enemies with ease, simply by using her chakra-enhanced strength.
In fact, she could change the terrain of an area with a single blow as if it were nothing. Even though Sakura was primarily a medical ninja, she was also trained in combat by her master, Tsunade, and she used that training to fight and protect her comrades when needed.
10 When She Found Kakashi By Shattering The Ground Into Pieces
After Naruto came back to Konoha from his 3- year training, he and Sakura tested out their newly acquired skills in a battle against Kakashi. When their former sensei was nowhere to be seen or found, Sakura figured he was hiding underground.
She then proceeded to use her Cherry Blossom Impact technique on the ground, shattering it to pieces and revealing Kakashi hiding beneath it.
9 When She Shattered The Entrance To The Akatsuki Cave
The cave where the Akatsuki were extracting Shukaku from Gaara was heavily protected with a large boulder blocking the entrance and a Five-Seal Barrier.
While Team Guy took care of the Five-Seal Barrier, the giant boulder still needed to be removed. Sakura took care of this problem by using her tremendous power to smash the boulder into several pieces. If it had not been for her, it might have been too late to save Gaara.
8 When She Took Down The White Zetsu Who Was Impersonating Neji
During the Fourth Shinobi War, White Zetsu had impersonated people from the Shinobi Alliance by stealing their chakra. Sakura was smart enough to figure out that the “Neji” in front of her wasn’t actually him—it was an impersonator.
She waited for the right moment and then attacked him, catching him off-guard. She pinned him to the ground with a single blow and questioned him until she learned of his nefarious plans.
7 When She Saved Her Teammates From Other Teams During The Chunin Exams
Sakura teamed up with Choji and Ino when the Chunin exams were held for the second time. In the second round of these exams, they had to face two teams, Team Ameno and Team Saya, who wanted to steal their scrolls.
While fighting these opponents was a team effort, Sakura proved to be a crucial part of the team as she defeated her opponents and even saved her teammates by using her newly learned fighting techniques.
6 When She Held Up The Ground To Protect Herself & The Shinobi Around Her
Madara and Obito had had enough of the Shinobi Alliance’s attempts to defeat them and decided to attack using the Wood Style Cutting Sprigs jutsu. Thousands of pointed wooden sprigs shot out of Ten-Tail’s hands and started impaling the Shinobi around it.
Sakura used her incredible strength to raise a piece of land to shield herself and the Shinobi around her from the attack. If it had not been for her quick thinking and powerful ability, those Shinobi would have died from the attack.
5 When She Defeated A Giant Scorpion With A Single Blow
During the second Chunin Exams, which were held in the Demon Desert near the Hidden Sand Village, Sakura, Ino, and Choji faced a gigantic scorpion that threatened to kill them.
Ino was not able to do anything and Choji’s attacks were not strong enough to defeat the creature. Sakura attacked it from above by using her monstrous strength, the impact of which was so strong that the creature died in just a single devastating blow.
4 When She Helped Lady Chiyo Defeat Puppet Master Sasori
When Lady Chiyo’s puppets became useless in the fight against Sasori, Sakura offered her body to be used in place of the puppets. With Chiyo controlling her using Chakra threads, Sakura used her sharp senses and enormous strength to deal devastating blows to Sasori’s puppets and Sasori himself.
If Sakura had not offered to do this, Lady Chiyo would have died fighting, which means Sakura saved a life while also helping to defeat Sasori, a formidable Akatsuki member, with her skills.
3 When She Helped Fight The Ten-Tailed Beast Clones
At one point during the Fourth Shinobi War, the Ten-Tailed beast split up into multiple clones and started attacking the Shinobi Alliance. Expectedly, these clones were taller than the average human being and many times stronger.
Even so, Sakura sprung immediately into action and used her strength to fight these beasts, and she eventually punched them away into oblivion with a single soul-shattering blow, which was a feat that no one else was able to achieve.
2 When She Saved Her Village By Defeating & Killing Fuen
Fuen was an enemy of Konoha who wanted to destroy the village by reanimating a group of powerful ninja with the ability to annihilate entire villages in a few seconds. Sakura went up against Fuen, who immediately tried to put her in a genjutsu, but Sakura tricked her instead.
By the time Fuen realized what had happened, Sakura punched her and sent her flying. Sakura eventually finished her off with a punch straight to her heart, thus saving her village.
1 When She Helped Her Comrades Take Down Kaguya
After a long-drawn battle against Kaguya, Team 7 finally saw an opening to seal her away for good. While Naruto and Sasuke came at her from the sides, Sakura charged at her from above and dealt a massive blow to her head.
The punch caused her to double up in shock and pain, which gave Naruto and Sasuke the window of opportunity they needed to seal her away and save the world.
