As part of the promotion for the upcoming DC animated film Justice Society: World War II, set for release on April 27, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has revealed four new images from the film.
Set during the 1940s, Justice Society: World War II sees the iconic superhero team from the Golden Age, led by Wonder Woman, assist the Allied forces in their efforts during the second world war. They are soon joined by an ally from the future — Barry Allen (aka The Flash) — and together, they embark on an adventure that’s bound to change history. Below are the new stills from Warner Bros. Justice Society: World War II is written by Jeremy Adams and Meghan Fitzmartin. The film stars Matt Bomer as Barry Allen (The Flash), Armen Taylor as Jay Garrick (The Flash), Elysia Rotaru as Black Canary, Stana Katic as Wonder Woman, and Liam McIntyre as Aquaman. The film is scheduled to be released digitally on April 27 and on 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack on May 11.
