The Salvatore School will have to deal with a monster leprechaun in a promo for the upcoming Legacies episode titled, “Yup, It’s A Leprechaun, All Right.”
We learn from Lizzie, Hope, Kaleb and the rest of the Legacies cast that the St. Patrick’s Day-themed leprechaun entices humans to spend indiscriminately, with Lizzie even willing to sell some of her fashionable clothing.
A trope that Legacies has maintained through its three seasons is introducing a “Monster of the Week.” The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, the two shows that preceded Legacies, mostly stuck to fighting between vampires, werewolves and witches. However, Legacies has battled numerous monsters that vary from myth to fairytales, including gargoyles, dragons, mummies and more.

IT’S YOUR LUCKY DAY — After the Salvatore School runs into some financial difficulties, Lizzie (Jenny Boyd) suggests they hold their first fundraiser. While Alaric (Matthew Davis) attempts to work things out with the bank, he puts Kaleb (Chris Lee) in charge of overseeing the events at the school. Elsewhere, Cleo (guest star Omono Okojie) helps Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) cope with her emotions, while MG (Quincy Fouse) seeks help from Alyssa (guest star Olivia Liang). Finally, when a leprechaun shows up at the school, it might just be what they need to turn their luck around. Kaylee Bryant and Ben Levin also star.
