Chris Cerasi

Oni Press has hired Chris Cerasi as its new Editorial Coordinator. Relocating from Chicago to Oni Press’ home base of Portland, he has been working remotely under Oni Publisher James Lucas Jones for the past few weeks – after previously freelancing as a project manager for the company’s Rick & Morty titles.
Cerasi joins Oni with over two decades of experience in comic books, including long stints at DC and IDW Publishing.
From 2003 to 2010, he oversaw DC’s tie-in comic books including those for Smallville, Supernatural, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and Superman Returns. After that, at IDW he was an editor on the company’s Star Trek, Disney, Cartoon Network, and creator-owned titles.
Cerasi joined Oni alongside Senior Editor of Licensing Robert Meyers, whose hiring was reported by Newsarama earlier this month.
