Netflix has debuted the trailer for Extraction, a new R-rated thriller produced by and starring Chris Hemsworth and produced by Joe and Anthony Russo, who of course directed Hemsworth in Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame.
Written by Joe Russo and directed by Sam Hargrave, the film is based on the 2014 Oni Press graphic novel Ciudad, which was written by the Russos with Ande Parks and illustrated by Fernando León González.
Extraction, which debuts on Netflix April 24, stars Hemsworth as Tyler Rake, a mercenary who embarks “on the most deadly extraction of his career when he’s enlisted to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned international crime lord.”
