Writer Jeff Lemire and artist Andrea Sorrentino are following up their three-issue DC Black Label series Joker: Killer Smile, with a one-issue Batman-centric epilogue titled Batman: The Smile Killer. First reported by Syfy Wire, Batman: The Smile Killer is scheduled to debut May 13.

This one-shot will focus on young Bruce Wayne’s fandom for The Mr. Smiles Show (a kids show from Killer Smile) but doesn’t realize “the show might have been watching him back!” according to DC’s description.

“And not only was young Bruce watching, he was listening … listening as Mr. Smiles spoke across the airwaves only to him.”

The finale of Joker: Killer Smile, #3, is due out February 19.
