Star Trek‘s Captain James T. Kirk of the U.S.S. eterprise is one of the most iconic characters in sci-fi, thanks in large part to the quirky, idiosyncratic mannerisms imparted by actor William Shatner. And now, Insight Editions is celebrating his very unique fighting style with Kirk-Fu from author Dayton Ward, a “training guide” to hand-to-hand combat, Kirk style.
