A third promotional image for Marvel’s upcoming Empyre event series has been released.
“The Aftermath of the Kree-Skrull War led to an unholy alliance…” reads the copy accompanying the image.
Like the first two, this image by Phil Noto is apparently a scene from Marvel’s past, specially the Kree-Skrull War era, presumably showing the Kree Bel-Dann and the Skrull Raksor before they teamed up as sleeper agents on Earth and who were both recently killed in the Marvel one-shot Incoming! that set the stage for the upcoming event Empyre.
Empyre kicks off this April.
