Goran Parlov is recovering from a stroke he suffered on Monday, October 28. The artist revealed his status in a tweet, assuring fans he is recovering well.
So, basically, 10 days ago on Monday evening, i had a stroke and finished in E.R. I am recovering well. Out of intensive care room, heading tomorrow for a SPA rehab center. The goal is to re-gain full access of the left side of my body. pic.twitter.com/VLBPwgNrfj

The right-handed artist has canceled his planned appearance at this weekend’s Festival del Manga & Comic-Can on the Canary Islands.
“My sincere apologies to people of Canary islands, where I was expected to be for the next few days,” Parlov said.
Parlov also apologized to Marvel and editor Nick Lowe, who is his editor on the upcoming Get Fury limited series. That series’ release date has not been announced.
