The various divisions of Marvel are being restructured, with Marvel Studios – and its President Kevin Feige – now overseeing much more than just the Marvel Cinematic Universe, according to Deadline.

Marvel TV, Marvel Family Entertainment (its animation division), and much of Marvel Comics are reportedly being moved under the Marvel Studios’ banner, with Marvel Entertainment – the NYC-based division led by Chairman Isaac “Ike” Perlmutter – retaining control of “publishing operations, sales, creative services, games, licensing and events.”

Feige has reportedly been named Chief Creative Officer of Marvel, as a whole.

Marvel Entertainment’s long-standing (and first) Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada will remain with the company, as Variety reports Quesada will continue as a Executive Vice President/Creative Director.

In his new position, Quesada will report to Marvel Entertainment President Dan Buckley. Marvel Entertainment’s vice president of content and character development Sana Amanat, editor-in-chief and head of global editorial CB Cebulski, and Stephen Wacker, vice president of creative and content development, will continue in their roles also reporting to Buckley.

Buckley will continue overseeing Marvel Comics, but whereas previously he reported soley to Perlmutter, he will now reportedly report to both Perlmutter and Feige depending on the aspect of Marvel Comics business. Buckley will report to Feige regarding “publishing creative/editorial” according to Deadline, while Perlmutter will oversee Buckley’s control of “publishing operations, sales, creative services, games, licensing and events.”

Long-standing Marvel Television head Jeph Loeb was not mentioned in any of the various reports.

Feige himself will still continue to report to Walt Disney Co-Chairman/CCO Alan Horn and Co-Chairman Alan Bergman.
