The iconic series protagonist, demon hunter Dante, will be played by Baba Ryouma, a veteran of “2.5D” stage adaptations like The Prince of Tennis. The devil Gideon will be played by Kwangsoo of the popular K-pop group Supernova. Other cast members include Maeshima Ami (Elise), Nakayama Yuki (Henry), Yamaguchi Tomoya (Owen), Sueno Takuma (Luke), and Shirota Jun (Muul). Noah, Lady and Trish will also be making appearances, although casting has not yet been announced.
Yoriko Jun, who has also worked on other anime stage adaptations including Sengoku Basara and Biohazard the Stage, will be in charge of screenplay and direction.
