WARNING: The following article contains minor spoilers for Moon Knight Episode 2, “Summon the Suit,” streaming now on Disney+.
Another one of Marc Spector’s alters from Disney+’s Moon Knight has made his way to the Avengers Campus section of Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim.
As mentioned by the official Disney Parks Twitter account, a cast member dressed as the mysterious Mr. Knight has recently been spotted at Avengers Campus. This development comes after Mr. Knight made his official live-action debut in the second episode of Marvel Studios’ Disney+ original series Moon Knight, titled “Summon the Suit.”
After Moon Knight initially premiered on Disney+ on March 30, a cast member sporting the street-level Marvel hero’s normal attire soon arrived at Avengers Campus. Moon Knight first made his presence felt at California Adventure around nightfall, hanging out on top of the Avengers Headquarters building and peering down at the patrons below.
Like his Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart, the Marvel Comics version of Marc Spector/Moon Knight suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). In the comics, Marc has a number of alters, including wealthy businessman Steven Grant and taxi driver Jake Lockley. In addition to Marc’s main superhero identity of Moon Knight, there’s also Mr. Knight, a more grounded version of the character who acts as a detective and takes to the streets sporting a white three-piece suit and matching mask.
Disney+’s Moon Knight opens on Steven Grant (played by Oscar Isaac), who — in the MCU — is not a billionaire businessman, but a museum gift shop employee who has aspirations of being a tour guide, as he knows a great deal about ancient Egyptian history. However, Steven’s life is upended when he discovers that he shares a body with a mercenary named Marc Spector and the masked vigilante known as Moon Knight.
Prior to Mr. Knight making an appearance in Episode 2, it was first revealed back in February that this particular alter would factor into the Disney+ series as well. Isaac’s Mr. Knight then got his very own poster at the start of March to as to help kick off the final 30-day countdown to the show’s premiere.
New episodes of Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight stream Wednesdays on Disney+. The show is slated to run for six episodes in total.
