Her unexpected intelligence has allowed her to triumph many times in the past.
Marvel‘s villain can be a cunning lot, having matched wits with some of the craftiest heroes out there. Harley’s unorthodox way of doing things would confound even the trickiest, though.
10 Bullseye’s Insanity Would Be Familiar To Harley
Bullseye is one of the most dangerous assassins on Earth and can transform anything he touches into a weapon. He’s also a complete sadist and as crazy as they come. This can make him unpredictable and hard to stop, as he barely feels pain. Bullseye would be pretty familiar to Harley, though, as he and the Joker have a lot in common.
Harley lived for years with someone just like Bullseye and understands how he thinks. This would allow her to lead him around by the nose. Bullseye would think he was in control, but Harley would be playing the tune he danced to, easily outsmarting him.

The Lizard is one of Spider-Man’s most dangerous foes, a savage and unpredictable enemy. He’s stronger than the Wall-Crawler and quick as a snake. Harley is very good at flummoxing her opponents. Vulture is used to dealing with Spider-Man, but Harley is way more unpredictable. She’s also smart in different ways, which will make it very hard for the Vulture to deal with her.

He takes things very seriously, which is why Harley’s going to have every advantage in a battle of wits.
Kang is definitely Harley’s superior in many ways, but he’s not used to dealing with someone like her. Harley seems simple, but she’s as crafty as they come; Kang would go one way with her, but Harley would take things in a direction where he wouldn’t have any idea how to deal with her.
6 Abomination Is Smart, But Harley Would Have Him Going In Circles
The Abomination is one of Hulk’s greatest foes and is more known for his brawn than his brains. This is quite unfair to Emil Bronsky; he was a spy working to discover the secrets of the gamma bomb project and is much more cunning than he gets credit for. Harley is probably going to lose in a straight-up fight, but she’d certainly be able to outsmart him.
Spies are good at psychological warfare of all types, but Abomination has depended on his powers for too long. Harley lives and dies by her wits. That’s going to give her a huge advantage in this contest, allowing her to outfox the gamma-powered giant.
5 Kraven The Hunter Would Be Rather Easy For Harley To Play
Kraven the Hunter has proven himself to be one of Spider-Man’s deadliest enemies. He’s gotten the best of the Wall-Crawler many times and is as skilled as they come. Kraven is an expert hunter and is used to dealing with both unpredictable animals and crafty humans. He knows what he’s doing when it comes to outthinking opponents, but Harley would give him a challenge like no other.
Harley Quinn is unlike anyone that Kraven has ever faced. Even animals are more predictable than she is, and animals don’t actively play mind games with their enemies. Quinn does, and she’ll take advantage of Kraven’s arrogance to play him like a fiddle.
4 Mystique Would Find Harley Impossible To Deal With
Mystique is one of the world’s most dangerous mutants. She’s as serious as they come, which will make things very hard against Harley. Mystique’s shapeshifting abilities make her a formidable opponent to deal with, and her black-ops experience compounds that. However, she’s not really used to dealing with someone like Harley, and that’s going to make a lot of difference.
Mystique is Harley’s superior in most ways, but Harley’s insanity is going to make her impossible for Mystique to predict. She’s not going to know how to deal with Harley, but Quinn has dealt with people like her many times, giving her a baseline to outsmart Mystique.
3 Moonstone And Harley Have Some Things In Common, But Harley Is Better
Moonstone has been drifting between villain and hero for years, although she’s not exactly altruistic, even as a hero. She’s quite powerful and, much like Harley, is a former psychiatrist. This would seemingly make them well-matched, but Moonstone has gotten used to both taking orders and using her powers, whereas Harley is all about using her wits to win.
Moonstone might be able to get the best of Harley if she had more time to analyze her, but Moonstone isn’t as good on her toes as she used to be. Harley is, and that’s going to make all the difference. She’s independent and unpredictable, which will allow her to outsmart Moonstone.
2 Baron Zemo Is Too Orderly To Deal With Someone Like Harley
Baron Zemo is one of the most tactically minded villains out there. He’s a great planner and an even better leader, one who was able to transform an unwieldy Masters of Evil into an efficient fighting force. His mental acuity has allowed him to succeed against his foes, but he can also be rather rigid, which will make dealing with Harley difficult for him.
Harley is an expert against enemies like Zemo. He’s used to things going exactly as he planned, which is something that Harley excels at messing up for her enemies. Her entire MO is being someone no one can plan for, and that’s going to allow her to outsmart the crafty Zemo.
1 Harley Would Eat Carnage For Breakfast
Carnage is Spider-Man’s scariest enemy. He’s not a smart foe, but he’s insane enough to be unpredictable, and his symbiote allows him to make a lot of mistakes and still survive. He doesn’t have to be smart, which is going to make outsmarting him a snap for Harley. She’s dealt with his type before, and the fact that he’s not very cerebral will make things easy for her.
Harley would find it simple to manipulate Carnage. He’s nothing special in the brains department, and Harley stood next to someone like him — the Joker — for years. That’s going to put her in good stead to outsmart him.
