As fans learn from the show, Frieda is Historia’s half-sister, and as such feels the need to take care of the young, neglected child. She visits her sister frequently, sharing stories with Historia and teaching her how to write and read. Frieda becomes a mother figure to her younger sister, and, even with little screen time, it’s this caring nature that makes her a fan favorite.
9 Petra Rall Will Bring Everyone Together
As a member of the Special Operations Squad handpicked by Levi Ackerman, Petra is not a force to be messed with. It’s easy for viewers to see why Levi was planning to marry her.
Petra has a quiet strength to her that provides much-needed encouragement and comfort. It’s this power that helped many of the scouts make it through their training and ultimately helped bond Eren with the older Scout Regiment who were wary of him after learning of his titan transformation.
8 Carla Jaeger, The Hottest Mom In All Of Paradis
The most iconic mother in all of AOT has got to be Mrs. Jaeger. If it wasn’t for her, we probably wouldn’t have a show. Though she doesn’t have much plot development, what fans do get to know about her is worthy of respect. She is a determined lady who stands up for herself and her family. All she wants is to protect those she loves, a very admirable quality desirable in a waifu. Not to mention she could probably control all of humankind just by wearing her barmaid outfit. 7 For A Bit Of Playfulness, Hitch Dreyse Is Perfect
For fans who like a girl with an attitude, Hitch is the ideal. She is a bold character who speaks her mind regardless of the consequences. Her sarcastic nature and sometimes mischievous personality bring much-needed playfulness into the Military Police Regiment, garnering her both friends and enemies. Though her motivations for joining the regiment weren’t the best, as time proves, she becomes an invaluable member of the corps in their pursuit to save humanity. As soon as Pieck was introduced in Season 3 of Attack on Titan, the fandom went nuts. With her doe eyes and soft voice, people couldn’t help but fall for the lazy girl who crawls around on all fours. The love and care Ymir holds for Historia is unmatched, with her willingness to give up (almost) everything just to keep Historia safe. For fans who want a dedicated waifu that’ll kill anyone for them, Ymir’s the girl. Plus, her cute freckles would have anyone heart-eyed.
4 Scary but Caring, Annie Leonhart
For fans who want a girl that’ll kick their butts, no one’s better than Annie. Even with her quiet demeanor, she doesn’t hold back when it comes to showing off her fighting power. She’s best known for her unique attack style, which takes down Eren in both human and titan form. It’s everyone’s favorite potato girl. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that Sasha is the heart of the Scout Regiment. It is her love of food and unruly behavior that brings everyone together. She always maintains positive energy, even at the worst of times. She’s also courageous in some of the most difficult situations. Her bravery garners the admiration of both characters and viewers alike. It’s hard not to love Sasha. Be warned though, no food is safe around this waifu.
2 Beauty and Brains, Historia Reiss
Everyone kneel for the queen, because this waifu is royalty. With her blonde hair, blue eyes, and angelic features, Historia draws attention from all of her fellow scouts. The same can be said of Attack on Titan viewers. But she’s more than just her features.
Historia is an intelligent and strong-willed young woman. She makes many sacrifices for her kingdom, including killing her father. With so much grace, talent, and beauty, anyone would be lucky to have Historia as their waifu (that’s if Ymir doesn’t kill them first).
1 Mikasa Ackerman Will Always Be Loyal
She’s the baddest babe in Paradis, best girl Mikasa. Behind that red scarf exists the most powerful woman in Scout Regiment history. Brave, strong, smart, and buff as can be, she takes the cake when it comes to women in Attack on Titan. Her power as a soldier is mesmerizing to watch. Her maneuvers with the tactical gear are like witnessing a beautiful ballet. On top of her incredible fighting skills, she is also a caring individual who will do anything for the people she loves. Her unmoving loyalty to others and incredible biceps make Mikasa a favorite amongst fans. Eren didn’t know what he had.
