Kin: A Bloody Sacrifice Is Offered Up in an Exclusive Clip from the Irish Crime Drama

The Irish crime drama Kin has followed the Kinsella family into a bloody gangland war against a large crime syndicate through the streets of Dublin and the Kinsellas are considering giving up one of their own as a makeshift peace offering.

In an exclusive clip from the AMC+ original series, Amanda Kinsella approaches her father-in-law, Frank, with a proposition to sacrifice his son to the mob before further bloodshed ensues. Showing how terrifyingly willing she is to give up one of the family, Amanda goes as far as showing where her brother-in-law, Eric, tends to drive before Frank shuts down the possibility of sacrificing his son.

At the start of the series, Amanda had been a loving mother whose entire world crumbled when her own son was killed in a mishap with some mobsters. After lashing out at those responsible, the Kinsella family found itself targeted by the Irish mob, leading them to make increasingly morally questionable decisions as the vendetta escalated.

Premiering on AMC+ this past September, Kin is led by Charlie Cox and an all-star Irish cast as it explores themes of family and revenge against the backdrop of Dublin, with the streets of the Irish capital becoming a war zone between the organized crime scene. And with Amanda Kinsella willing to sacrifice her own family, the bloodshed is only exceeded by the moral cost of vengeance.

Created by Peter McKenna and Ciaran Donnelly, Kin is streaming now on AMC+.
