In Lost Judgment Chapter 10, Takayuki Yagami struck up a temporary alliance with Jin Kuwana in hopes of figuring out just how to bring Yoko Sawa’s killers — the Kamurocho gang known as RK — to justice. In Chapter 11, the group makes some big strides forward, though at the cost of a potential ally. Still, by the end, Yagami knows just how RK leader Kazuki Soma is connected to Public Security — and the truth is shocking.

How to Interrogate Reiko Kusumoto
Lost Judgment Chapter 11 starts with Yagami at the Yagami Detective Agency in Kamurocho. When ready, call a taxi and head to Touto University Hospital to confront Reiko Kusumoto and ask her to turn herself in. Yagami and Fumiya Sugiura pick Reiko up, explaining her phone has been bugged.
Ask Kusumoto all three questions. The order doesn’t matter. Over the course of the conversation, Yagami gets Reiko’s explanation of Shinya Kawai’s murder and she notes that Public Security is trying to blackmail her to seize control of the Japanese pension fund. When finished, select “Nothing else to ask.”
How to Win Ehara an Appeal
Go to the Liumang base in Isezaki Ijincho to meet with Tesso and Kuwana. Yagami explains to Kuwana that he tried to convince Reiko to turn herself in, which annoys him immensely. Kuwana then shows Yagami the audio file of Yoko Sawa telling him about how Hiro Mikoshiba bullied Toshiro Ehara. This is what prompted Akihiro Ehara to murder Mikoshiba.
When the conversation ends, go back to Yokohama 99 and rest on the couch. After waking up, Yagami talks to Saori Shirosaki on the phone. She asks him to meet her and consult with the prosecution. Take a taxi to the Tokyo District Courthouse. There’s a long cutscene about the admissibility of different evidence in Ehara’s appeal, and whether or not there should be a retrail in the first place. Public Security official Bando eventually enter.
Yagami will be prompted to explain the Genda Law Office’s stance on the appeal. Select “Ehara’s guilty verdict was wrong.” Then, choose the “Overhead View of Station Platform” piece of evidence. The judge determines that Ehara’s appeal can proceed, but that the footage of Ehara actually killing Mikoshiba is inadmissible because of its unknown source. Afterwards, everyone leaves Bando and Yagami alone. Bando makes clear Yagami’s future is in jeopardy if he keeps helping Kuwana.
What to Do at the Queen Rouge
Once Yagami is back in Kamurocho, head to the Genda Law Office and talk to Saori then Issei Hoshino to learn Daimu Akutsu is back in Kamurocho. They determine the best way to meet Akutsu is to have Saori once again work at the Queen Rouge, as the best performers get to meet Akutsu. Before heading out, players have the option to change Saori’s outfit from Chapter 6.
When ready, head to “Hair Salon Cherry” on the east side of Kamurocho. Players should definitely stock up on healing items and restore Yagami’s health before proceeding. The player will once again take control of Saori. Walk over to the Queen Rouge. There’s no way to make Saori go faster. At Queen Rouge, it doesn’t really matter what options Saori chooses, as the story advances regardless.
How to Beat Akutsu (Again)
Saori arrives at the RK base that Yagami infiltrated in Chapter 5. The enemies this time around are all pretty strong, so take out everyone other than Akutsu first. Crane and Snake are helpful here, though a sufficiently advanced Tiger can make short work of the tough opponents. Take advantage of the walls in the corners and do wall kicks off of them. If things get really difficult, use an extract. Once only Akutsu is left, switch to Tiger and take him down with some rushed combos followed by charged blows.
A cutscene ensues and Kaito realizes Soma doesn’t work with Public Security, he’s a spy working for them. As they realize this, Akutsu starts panicking, realizing there are going to be huge repercussions for this information going public. Before anyone can escape, though, a group of police officers enter the RK base and shoot Akutsu dead. And so with another major death, Yagami knows exactly how RK is related to Public Security, what the group wants and how Kuwana became a target.
