Gods exist in a funny position in worlds full of superheroes, all-powerful aliens, and reality-warping weapons. The Marvel Universe certainly has its fair share of gods, and many of them like to interfere in the lives and adventures of the superheroes that exist in Marvel Comics.
That said, some gods like to exist in hiding and don’t tend to interfere with the conflicts of mortals unless they absolutely must. There is power in secrecy, and there is even more power if you can manipulate events on a grand scale without being known. The One-Above-All has no relation to the Celestial One-Above-All, who is the leader and most powerful of all Celestials.
