The entire world of Akame Ga Kill is filled with strong female characters who are willing to rush into battle, but none of them have the same morals as Najenda.
Najenda would willingly take on any odds if it meant taking down a person or organization she felt was unjust. It’d be easy to see her and Trunks facing down threats like Zamasu together. Trunks would find Najenda’s tomboyish style appealing as well, if Future Mai is anything to go by.
8 Mikasa Would Share Trunks’ Deep Care For His Friends (Attack On Titan)
If there was ever a character who would fit in with Saiyans or Dragon Ball lore as a whole, it’s Mikasa from Attack on Titan. She has a take-no-prisoners personality that intimidates opponents as much as it does allies. She wouldn’t hesitate to rush into battle with the rest of the Z Fighters.
What would make Mikasa extra appealing to Trunks is the fact that she has a soft side, just as he does. She’s immensely loyal and protective of those close to her. Couple that with her strong sense of right and wrong, and Mikasa and Trunks would be perfect together.
7 Yoruichi Would Help Trunks Out In Battle As Much As She’d Tease Him At Home (Bleach)
Yoruichi is one of the strongest female characters in an anime filled with them. She’s defeated several foes in Bleach with nothing more than hand-to-hand combat. Her powers would let her keep up with the Z Fighters and Trunks, at least before Super Saiyan rage came into play.
Yoruichi’s personality would be perfect for Trunks, who is a bit shy about his feelings towards others. It would be easy to see her endlessly tease Trunks as she did a few characters in Bleach.

While more of a minor character in Bleach, Kukaku Shiba represents many of the ideals that Saiyans have in a woman. She’s loud and not afraid to use physical violence to get her point across.
Both Chi-Chi and Bulma have resorted to these methods with their partners in the past, and Kukaku would care just as little that Trunks is stronger than her. Her fiery temper mixed with the care she has for her family make her naturally compatible with Trunks.

Chrono Crusade’s Rosette Christopher may be a bit more militant than Trunks is used to, but she has the energetic nature and hot-bloodedness that Trunks would be interested in.

Her personality shifts a few times depending on the situation, but the one thing that always remains is the compassion and sensitivity that she often hides from others. Trunks could relate to that as he often tried to play up his Saiyan heritage when his personality differed greatly from Goku and Vegeta.

Not only is Lenalee kindhearted, but she’s gone through an awful past as well, giving the two of them further common ground. She and Trunks would be there to support one another through their history.

With how caring Trunks is, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him fall for someone who he felt he could help. That would be the case with Yoshino from Digimon Data Squad. Yoshino suffers greatly from self-doubt and feelings of inferiority, never seeing herself as good enough. Trunks would help show her that she has nothing to be afraid of and would never be considered useless. In return, Trunks would have a partner who is fiercely loyal to him.

He wouldn’t need to worry about Mirajane being a damsel in distress either, as she can more than take care of herself.
