Introduced in the first episode of Disney+’s Loki, the Time Keepers are the organization responsible for the Time Variance Authority and have tasked the group with maintaining the “Sacred Timeline.” However, there’s a lot we don’t know at this time about the mysterious Time Keepers, meaning we don’t know if the TVA is going to end up being Loki’s friend or foe. In this video, we’re going to go into how the group, regardless of its intentions, may just end up being responsible for an evil Avenger: Kang — or at least a version of him.

Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, it’s not totally clear just what shape the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will take. While there’s a good indication the characters that Disney acquired from 21st Century Fox will soon arrive, there’s not much solid information on just when or how that might happen. Right now, there are a lot of potential directions the MCU could go in the future, though exactly which one it will take remains to be seen. That being said, Loki will seemingly link in some way to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, though just how isn’t known at this time. We also know that Kang is set to appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, meaning this theory might not be too far fetched.
