Everything Announced During Capcom’s E3 2021 Showcase | CBR

E3 2021 continues with Capcom, a company that’s gone from strength to strength in the last few years.

While Capcom has already had a stellar year in terms of releases, having already released the critically acclaimed Resident Evil: Village and Monster Hunter: Rise, not much is currently known about its future lineup. The company has already reassured fans that they’ll see familiar footage during its E3 2021 showcase, but a few surprises may be in store. Here’s everything that was announced:

Resident Evil Village

The latest installment in the Resident Evil series, Capcom kicked the show off by providing some new information on Village, which launched on May 7. Everyone who purchased Resident Evil: Village will gain access to Resident Evil: ReVerse which launches next month. New DLC is currently in development for Resident Evil: Village.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin

A new story trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin highlights Red, the game’s protagonist, as he’s given a special Wrathalos egg. Devastating attacks and powerful bonds of friendship drive the story of the sequel. Capcom also promised a future collaboration between Wings of Ruin and Monster Hunter: Rise. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin launches on July 9.

Monster Hunter: Rise Updates

A variety of new armor, weapons and a game mode is coming to the Nintendo Switch exclusive Monster Hunter: Rise.
