The Batman Zero Outfit is now available for purchase in the Fortnite item shop as part of the Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point crossover event.
The announcement came via a new trailer, which showcases the Dark Knight building a new suit to replace his old one that was destroyed in his many, many battles. The Zero Outfit comes with an ax and some new armor, allowing Batman to make quick work of the sniper he encounters at the end of the promo.
Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point is a six-issue series that sees Bruce Wayne transported to the world of the video game with no memories aside from his fighting abilities and skills. Each issue comes with a code that allows Fortnite gamers to download an exclusive DC-themed item. Issue #1’s bonus code provides a Rebirth Harley Quinn Outfit, while Issue #2’s code makes a Batman Zero Wing Glider available. Issue #3’s code is for Catwoman’s Claw Pickaxe.
Issue #3 of the series will also see Batman face off against G.I. Joe ninja Snake Eyes. He too will have his memory erased, leading to a continuous fight that resembles a twisted version of Groundhog Day.
