Fans tuning in for the season finale of The Falcon and the Soldier will want to ensure they don’t exit the Disney+ app once the credits start rolling.
Episode 6, “One World, One People,” contains a mid-credits scene. This is the second episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier to contain one following Episode 5, “Truth.”
Mid and post-credits scenes have been a staple of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the franchise launched in 2008 with Iron Man. To date, the only MCU film that hasn’t had one is Avengers: Endgame, while Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 holds the record with a whopping five stingers. As for Marvel Studios’ Disney+ series, WandaVision similarly utilized mid and post-credits scenes sparingly.
Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Sam Wilson/Falcon and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier team up in a global adventure that tests their abilities — and their patience — in Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Directed by Kari Skogland, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, Wyatt Russell, Noah Mills, Carl Lumbly and Daniel Brühl. The series is now streaming on Disney+.
