Although Exploud helped with communication between two distant cities, its obnoxious screeching isn’t necessary in the real world considering the technical alternatives humans have at their disposal. Jirachi may be the star of one of the highest-grossing Pokémon films ever, but it has powers that make it a dangerously cute Pokémon to be around. When examining Groudon and Kygore’s abilities, both would be formidable candidates for creatures that are nothing but chaotic. However, Groudon’s powers would leave Kyogre in the dust with the devastation it can cause for every living organism.
Groudon can expand continents, causing volcanic eruptions, and wouldn’t hesitate to harm innocent people. Not only that, but Groudon can turn water into a landmass, making it so that water would be a non-existent resource. Considering how much life depends on water to survive daily, Groudon’s abilities would cause worldwide madness and chaos.
2 Rayquaza Is Capable Of Calming Groudon & Kyogre Down But Possesses Abilities That Make It A Dangerous Creature
Despite people having a fondness for dragons, Rayquaza’s design wouldn’t convince people to worship it. However, Rayquaza’s speed, claws, and tenacity aren’t the only things that will make people understand why it’s a fearsome creature.
Rayquaza can learn Pokémon attacks like Draco Meteor, Earthquake, and Thunder to cause damage to cities, homes, and other areas. Furthermore, Rayquaza was the peacekeeper that convinced Groudon and Kygore to stop fighting. Not only that but, if Rayquaza attained its mega evolutions and signature attack Dragon Ascent, it would be lights out for many people.

Further, Deoxys has three forms that can increase its speed, defense, and attacks at will. Deoxys also can recover pieces of its body whenever it’s in a tight bind. Deoxys can also clone itself and has strong psychokinetic and beam-like powers.
