Inde Navarrette has joined the cast of CW’s Superman & Lois in a series regular role as Sarah Cushing, according to Deadline – apparently a new character, not from the source comic books.
Navarrette’s character is reported to be the daughter of Lana Lang-Cushing (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Kyle Cushing (Erik Valdez), “a whip smart, super cool wild child with some demons in her past who becomes friends with the Kent boys, Jonathan and Jordan.”
Navarrette recently appeared in the film Wander Darkly, and will debut on Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why in its upcoming final season.
The CW has ordered a 14-episode first season of Superman & Lois, however filming was postponed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
