Writer/artist Sean Murphy has announced he’s developing a new Catwoman-centric “series” for DC. He says he’s plotting the series with writer Blake Northcott.
Catwoman cover I’m doing for an upcoming series I’m plotting with the great @BlakeNorthcott . Stay tuned for more details.
*This is the first time I’ve ever drawn her, so I went with my own twist on the TAS version (grey suit). Whisker marks on her mask? Yes please. pic.twitter.com/F1uWlvvFG4

Northcott corroborated the news:
The cat is out of the bag: I’m working for DC Comics!
I’m writing a CATWOMAN story, co-plotted by @Sean_G_Murphy (he’s doing the covers, too!)

Long-time Murphy colorist Matthew Hollingsworth will be working on the project. The artist itself has not been named.
It has not been specified if this is connected to the current Catwoman ongoing or is perhaps instead a spin-off to Murphy’s Batman: White Knight series akin to the recent Batman: White Knight Presents Von Freeze one-shot.
